SHIPPING INFO:
We ship fast from 12 different , strategically located national warehouses in the 48 lower United States.
-We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only.
-We typically ship using UPS Ground / Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail a 2-5 business day service, and will provide tracking for your order so that you can follow it's progress. We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier we deem necessary to get your product to you quickly.
-We currently do not offer expedited shipping options
-We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or UPS Ground stations. If your shipping address contains either a PO Box or UPS Ground Station it will delay the shipping of your item while we try to reach you for a corrected shipping address.
-We currently are unable to offer local pickup of our products as they are shipped directly from our warehouses for speed to your destination.
PAYMENTS:
-We accept major credit cards ( VISA, Master Charge and American Express) through our secure Shopify Payments shopping cart.
-We also accept PayPal payments through our secure Shopify shopping cart
RETURNS:
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price less any re-stocking charges of the product with the following conditions:
-For returns of non-defective items, your product should be in its original unused condition, inside of it's original packaging , and with all of its original manuals paperwork etc. Products need to be in "new" re-saleable condition for return.
- Return Requests must be within 30 days of shipment
-Send us an e-mail request for a Return Merchandise Authorization . Please be sure to include your name, address, date of purchase and order info when submitting your request for the RMA. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed . Once received by us we will send you instructions on how and where to return to us.
-Be sure to securely package your item for safe transport to us, and purchase adequate shipping insurance if your product is valuable in case it is damaged in its return to us.
-Ship your item back within 7 days of the issuance of the RMA.
-Your original and return shipping charges will not be refunded , and are your responsibility except in cases where there is a shipping error , or product defect.
-All returned products are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee or 25% of the product cost whichever is greater.
-Used products cannot be returned.
-If you Refuse Your Shipment after ordering, you will not receive a refund.
REFUNDS:
-Once your return is received back to us in it's original, new, re-saleable condition, we will issue your refund, minus restocking fees for the original purchase price of the product, not including original or return shipping charges incurred. Original shipping charges will be refunded if we've made a mistake on your order or your product is damaged by our shipping carrier on its way to you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES:
-If your product is damaged in transit to you please contact us immediately.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
- If you receive a defective or non-working product please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items that have a manufacturers' warranty or guarantee will be referred to the Product Manufacturer for resolution. All claims for defective products should be e-mailed to us for proper resolution.
OUT OF STOCK AND BACK ORDERED PRODUCTS:
We try diligently to stay in stock on our products but on occasion we may run out of stock on an item that you have ordered.
If this happens we will send you a message letting you know, along with the estimated time of new stock delivery, and let you decide whether you'd prefer to wait for the new stock to come in or receive a full refund.
