Refund policy
RETURNS:
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price less any re-stocking charges of the product with the following conditions:
-For returns of non-defective items, your product should be in its original unused condition, inside of it's original packaging , and with all of its original manuals paperwork etc. Products need to be in "new" re-saleable condition for return.
- Return Requests must be within 30 days of shipment
-Send us an e-mail request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) Please be sure to include your name, address, date of purchase and order info when submitting your request for the RMA. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed .
-Be sure to securely package your item for safe transport to us, and purchase adequate shipping insurance if your product is valuable in case it is damaged in its return to us.
-Ship your item back within 7 days of the issuance of the RMA.
-Your original and return shipping charges will not be refunded , and are your responsibility except in cases where there is a shipping error , or product defect.
-All returned products are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee or 25% of the product cost whichever is greater.
-Used products cannot be returned.
-If you Refuse Your Shipment after ordering, you will not receive a refund.
REFUNDS:
-Once your return is received back to us in it's original, new, re-saleable condition, we will issue your refund, minus restocking fees for the original purchase price of the product, not including original or return shipping charges incurred. Original shipping charges will be refunded if we've made a mistake on your order or your product is damaged by our shipping carrier on its way to you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES:
-If your product is damaged in transit to you please contact us immediately.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
- If you receive a defective or non-working product please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items that have a manufacturers' warranty or guarantee will be referred to the Product Manufacturer for resolution. All claims for defective products should be e-mailed to us for proper resolution.
